        I, Mrs. Arinchaya Ritjaroon, in the position of President of the Hua Dong Subdistrict Administrative Organization would like to announce that the Hua Dong Subdistrict Administrative Organization shall be an organization of which all authorities refrain from accepting or requesting any gifts and benefits of all kinds while performing duties both while, before and after performing their duties This will result in corruption and misconduct both now and in the future. And I commit to encourage personnel of the Hua Dong Subdistrict Administrative Organization to adhere to the pillars of the nation, namely, Nation, Religion, Monarch and Constitutional Monarchy, as well as to the moral and ethical principles of being a good citizen. Together with encouraging them to stand their ground on acting virtuously, consider public interest more than personal interest, work fast to keep abreast in this fast-paced world and serve all citizens with willingness, politeness and humbleness while being a good role model who administers with good governance, integrity and transparency.

       I hereby pledge that I shall humbly follow in the royal footsteps by espousing the royal initiatives of the righteous king and shall conduct myself in accordance with Sufficiency Economy Philosophy with pure diligence and perseverance perpetuating his noble intent and standing steadfastly by the side of those who are truthful and honest for the sake of the sustainable development of the Kingdom of Thailand.
